With over 14 + years of experience in the Aesthetic Industry, Ivana brings over a decade of knowledge & expertise. She is a National Educator & Clinical Trainer who has educated hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetic community. After completing her Esthetician Diploma Program at Niagara College Canada, she always had a passion in helping and inspiring people through Education and learning. Ivana is continually creating and leading instruction of medical aesthetic curricula. As an educator, she is committed to helping others bring the spa etiquette and gracefulness back into the medical spa experiences again.

Ivana has a proven expert record of her thoughts about the latest state of the art Aesthetic Technologies, techniques, skin care products, business strategies, & leadership skills.

With Ivana’s entrepreneurial approach, she helps drive business and effectively build teams through strong dedication and trust with all her clients. She strongly believes that having high ethical standards, along with delivering compelling customer service to every client, is a crucial factor in becoming a successful business owner. With her continuous eagerness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with the Medical Aesthetics industry, Ivana is best known for her innovative, analytic, and tool-based approach to complex business challenges and quick, results-focused implementations.

Sami Majdalani is the Integrative Consulting Group Managing Partner, based out of Toronto, Canada who has been with the Healthcare, Medical, Food & Beverage industry for more than 30 years and brings three decades of experience to the role. He completed a Masters in Sciences from St. Joseph University, and since then has worked extensively with corporations globally on business, leadership development programs. He is highly dedicated to all his clients and supports them in redesigning and adapting their strategies in a rapidly changing environment.

With his clients, Sami has a passion in ensuring to make a personal commitment to his team for turning concepts into reality.

His unique ability to focus upon people’s strengths, allowing them to feel empowered by their tasks and
take true pride in their deliverables. He helps them seek challenging opportunities to grow, change, innovate and improve. Sami’s experience covers a broad range of topics from business development, Sales & Marketing,
